The item number on the Citizen box was what I ordered, but the watch inside was a different watch and item number. I completed the return request transaction last night. I dropped off the package for return at UPS tonight. When I got home, the replacement watch was waiting for me by my door. Incredible! It arrived less then 24 hours after printing out the return label for the first watch. I'm impressed. And it was the correct watch.It's a small dressy feminine watch. Very pretty. I have owned Citizen Eco Drive watches in the past and will continue to own them. They don't die. I lost my last one which is why I bought the new one. I had the previous watch for about 10 years. |
